There have been changes in the way myMail connects to email servers. Unfortunately, some app features may be unavailable or work slower.
Create a new email account with the domain @my.com. With this account, all the functions of the myMail app will be available to you at the usual speed.
Open myMail.
Go to → → “Create Email”.
Fill out the form, check the box and tap “Sign Up”.
Specify a phone number to link to the new account and tap “Request Code”.
Enter the code from the SMS and tap “Done”.
Accounts with the domain @my.com can be used only in the myMail mobile app. This email doesn't have a web version, so you won't be able to work with it on your computer.
You can only register and use a name@my.com mailbox using one of the myMail mobile apps (for iOS or Android).
Install the app, launch it, and tap CREATE MY.COM MAILBOX.
If you're already using the app, open the folder list and tap the "Add" icon. On the screen that opens, tap CREATE MY.COM MAILBOX.

The most important difference is that My.Com Mail is the world's first entirely mobile email, created especially for people who keep up with the times, live in the "mobile age", can't imagine life without smartphones and tablets, value their time, and are used to always having access to their email.

No. You cannot sign up for a mailbox without providing a phone number. For security reasons, my.com does not have a permanent password. To sign in to your mailbox, you use a unique code that is newly generated each time and sent in an SMS message to the phone number provided during registration.
Please note that you can only register one mailbox for a phone number.

This is for security reasons. Email accounts are most frequently hacked and stolen by guessing or in some other way getting the password. Because my.com uses a newly generated access code sent via SMS rather than a permanent password, criminals can never learn your password!
Yes, of course. You can use your mailbox from any device that has the myMail app installed on it. Install the app, get a code via SMS, enter it, and enjoy your my.com mailbox!
Please note that the SMS message with the access code will be sent specifically to the phone number that was provided during registration.
Contact your cellular service provider and ask to have your lost number restored.
At present, you can only change the personal information for mailboxes in the my.com domain.
To do so, go to the folder list by tapping on the "Menu" icon. Tap the "Settings" icon and select the "Name and avatar" section. Enter the new information on the settings page that opens.

To do so, go to the folder list by tapping the "Menu" icon . Scroll down and tap the "Settings" icon . Go to the "Filters" section.
Tap "Add Filter" on the page that opens. In the "From" field enter the email address whose messages you want to filter, and in the "Move to" field indicate the folder into which you want the messages to be automatically moved.

To sign out of your mailbox on all devices, go to the "Security" section of the app's settings and tap "Terminal All Sessions".
Please note that, in order to enhance your security, after connecting your mailbox to a new device you will be sent an SMS notification to the mobile phone used to register your mailbox and an email notification to your email address.
After 190 days your mailbox will be blocked. You will stop receiving any messages sent to your email address. After another 190 days all of the information in your mailbox will be permanently deleted.
In order to unblock your mailbox and continue using it, all you have to do is sign in to it.
To select all the messages in a folder, select one message by touching the sender's avatar. Then tap "Select All" in the upper left corner.
To view all flagged or unread messages, go to the message list by tapping on the "Menu" icon in the upper left corner of the screen. Then tap "Flagged" or "Unread" under the folder list.
To authorize the app to use your photos:
This improvement is in our plans, but exact dates for its implementation are unknown.
Tap the "Menu" icon in the upper left corner of the screen, go to "Settings" at the bottom of the page, and select the "Appearance" section.
Note that these settings are not available in the iPad version.
If the app supports opening files in another program, then tap "Open in" and select myMail from the list of programs.
The current version does not support this ability. We plan to add it in the future, but we can't give specific dates.
Be sure that access to your contacts has been granted in your security settings: iOS Settings → Privacy → Contacts.
