Filters are designed to automatically process messages before they reach your mailbox. For example, you can automatically move folders to a particular folder or mark them as read.
To configure a filter, go to the folder list by tapping the "Menu" icon . Scroll down and tap the "Settings" icon . Go to the "Filters" section.
To add a new filter, tap "Add Filter". On the page that opens, in the "From" field enter the email address whose messages you want to filter. In the "Move" field indicate the folder into which you want the messages to be automatically moved. To mark messages as read, move the "Mark as read" slider to the "ON" position. If you want to apply the filter to your Inbox, more the "Apply to Inbox now" filter to the "ON" position.
After you have finished configuring all of the settings, tap "Add". The filter will be created.
To edit a previously configured filter, tap it in the filter list. Make your changes and tap "Save".
To delete a previously created filter, tap "Delete" next to the filter in the filter list.
Please note that currently you can only configure filters for messages sent to mailboxes in the my.com domain.
